Order Confirmation and Responsibility
Once an order is placed, it is processed based on the specifications provided by the customer. Since many of our products, including Van Shelving, Van Packages, Ladder Packs, Partitions, Flooring, Accessories, and other custom-fit solutions are made or prepared according to specific requirements, it is important that customers review all order details carefully before confirming the purchase. Any mistakes in measurements, selections, or requirements made by the customer cannot always be reversed once production or dispatch has started.
Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under specific conditions. A product may be eligible for return if it arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was originally ordered. To qualify, the issue must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and components. Items that have been installed, modified, or used may not be eligible for return due to safety and quality control reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to their nature. These include custom-built van solutions, made-to-order shelving systems, installed flooring, and any product that has been altered or fitted. Orders may only be cancelled before production or dispatch has begun. Once manufacturing or shipping has started, cancellation may not be possible due to the custom nature of many of our products. In some cases, partial charges may apply to cover materials or processing costs.

Exchanges are only offered in cases where the product is defective or incorrect. We do not offer general exchanges for change of mind due to the customized nature of our products.
Shipping Returns
